Hello Camelot friends and family,

While some things are changing at Camelot, many important things will remain the same. The responsive Service, professional Chauffeurs, our competitive Pricing for premier black car service, and the impeccable cleanliness of our vehicles will always remain our top priority.  We moved our offices, the fleet is undergoing timely maintenance with complete system checks to ensure reliability, we are replacing all child car seats and boosters, and we are looking to add new vehicles to the fleet!

 We hope you are enjoying the updated website.  Please be sure to add special requests in the comment box on the reservation page.  As you know, a standard gratuity of 20% is added to your trip for the Chauffeurs, but I encourage you to consider using this comment box to informs us to add another 2%, 5% or even 10% gratuity to your bill to show your appreciation for the courtesy, vehicle prep and service you will receive from your Chauffeur.  Every dollar of the gratuity goes to the Chauffeur.

After your trip, please consider providing a review when prompted by our email.  Your Driver receives a bonus for accumulating Five Star reviews!

Some other good news… our Loyalty programs are beginning:

1) For 1^st time clients booking a roundtrip Airport run before July 31, 2026, will receive a 10% discount (if client requests the discount in the comment box online or on phone at time of reservation) off the base fare on the return leg of that roundtrip.

2) For our repeat clients please sign-up for our loyalty program by indicating your interest on your next reservation (By calling the office between 8am-5pm weekdays) and when you book roundtrip Airport runs thereafter and before December 31, 2026, you will receive a 10% discount off the base fare on the return leg for every 3rd round trip you take with us.

3)   For our existing clients who refer new clients to us, you will receive a 10% discount (up to $100) on their next trip of any sort, if taken before December 31, 2026, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts offered. The new client referred must identify who referred them to a Camelot Team Member at time of opening a new account for existing client to receive discount. New client must complete the referred trip with us in 2026.

4)   For Active-Duty Military, we will this holiday season between November 20th and Dec. 20, 2026, based on vehicle availability provide a 25% discount on trips to get you home for the holidays! This applies to airport pickups from the Savannah and Hilton Head Island airports if your destination is in Savannah, Bluffton or Hilton Head Island.
